Any project with the Active status. Completed, on-hold, and cancelled projects don't count toward the cap — closing a project frees up the slot, and you can reopen it later.

Nothing breaks. You simply can't create a fifth active project or a sixth invoice this month until you either upgrade to Pro or close a project to free up the slot. Your data stays intact.

You're charged for every active member on your workspace. When someone joins, their seat is prorated to the day. When someone leaves, you're credited the remainder. Pending invites that haven't been accepted are never billed.

Yes. Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required, and it continues on the Free plan when it ends. Prefer to go straight to Pro? You can also subscribe with a card up front and still get the 14-day trial before your first charge.

Prices are shown in USD and exclude any applicable local taxes. You can pay by card, and can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.

Any time. You keep full Pro access until the end of the paid period, then your workspace automatically falls back to Free with all your data intact. Nothing is deleted.
